Health Promotion and Addiction Prevention in the Workplace

Healthy and motivated employees are the foundation of a successful company. Corporate health promotion and addiction prevention contribute to strength­en­ing the physical and mental health of employees, minimizing risky behavior, and ensuring workplace safety and health protection. We see the starting point of our work in raising awareness of psy­choso­cial factors in the workplace, their systematic recording, and the development of appropriate measures.

Our offers

Our offers include the provision of information on psy­choso­cial factors in the workplace and internal action guidelines with step-by-step discussions, as well as cor­re­spond­ing qual­i­fi­ca­tion offers for specialists and executives. The CNAPA organizes theme-specific platforms and pro­fes­sion­al conferences to promote exchange and networking between key individuals in companies and to ensure the quality of prevention activities.

Our target groups

Our offers are aimed at pro­fes­sion­als and multipliers in corporate health promotion and addiction prevention, such as designated workers, safety and health delegates, rep­re­sen­ta­tives of the HR department or HR development, works councils, executives, rep­re­sen­ta­tives of occu­pa­tion­al medical services, such as occu­pa­tion­al physicians, occu­pa­tion­al psy­chol­o­gists, and nursing staff etc.
