Why, how, and for what reason – addiction prevention? C1

Target Group:

Teachers and staff from the psycho-socio-educational field

Description:

Our world is full of temptations — from media to sugar to medication. Children get in touch with these things early on, which is why health promotion and addiction prevention are more important than ever! In this training, we provide pedagogical professionals with effective tools to strengthen children and accompany them on a path to a healthy life.

We together delve into important questions:

  • What do addiction prevention and health promotion mean?
  • How can these topics be anchored in everyday pedagogical life?
  • What methods are there — and how do they work in practice?

In addition to solid knowledge and scientifically based approaches, the training offers practical exercises and methods of WHO health promotion. Our goal: To strengthen well-being, promote reflection and the ability to integrate what has been learned directly into the work routine.
A varied mix of professional input, interactive methods and lively exchange creates a solid basis for more action security and a sustainable contribution to the healthy development of children.
