Description:
In helping professions, social-emotional competencies are essential for professional dealing with people in stressful situations. This short lecture provides an overview of the importance of these skills for empathy, communication, and relationship building. Furthermore, it is shown how these competencies can not only improve the quality of care, but also contribute to one’s own mental resilience and long-term job satisfaction.
