First Aid for Mental Health — Youth

Teachers, educational staff, youth workers, parents

Description:

An offer from CNAPA in cooperation with the ​“Ligue Santé Mentale”.

The Mental Health First Aid — Youth courses are an adaptation of the standard Mental Health First Aid courses. Their aim is to teach adults how to support adolescents or young adults who may be developing or expe­ri­enc­ing a worsening mental health disorder, or who are going through a mental health crisis.

Objectives:

Par­tic­i­pants acquire basic knowledge about mental disorders in adolescence and learn how to provide first aid to adolescents and young adults in the field of mental health.
