Introduction to Workplace Addiction Prevention

Description:

Substance abuse can sig­nif­i­cant­ly impair performance, safety, and col­lab­o­ra­tion in the workplace. Therefore, structured corporate addiction prevention is a central component of modern health promotion and contributes to the long-term stability and pro­duc­tiv­i­ty of a company.

This training offers a practical intro­duc­tion to the topic of corporate addiction prevention. Par­tic­i­pants will get an overview of key terms, legal frameworks, as well as typical patterns and signs of problematic consumption behavior. Oppor­tu­ni­ties for early detection, peer and leadership inter­ven­tion, internal and external support offers will be presented. The role of specialists, executives, and internal multipliers in the prevention process will also be addressed.

Interactive elements such as case studies, reflection exercises, and experience exchange promote the practical applic­a­bil­i­ty of what has been learned. The training provides confidence in dealing with sensitive situations and motivates to understand prevention as a joint task in the corporate context and to actively shape it.
