The First Aid courses for Mental Health — Youth are an adaptation of the standard First Aid for Mental Health courses. Their goal is to teach adults how to help adolescents or young adults who are developing or worsening a mental disorder, or who are in a crisis.

Objectives:

Par­tic­i­pants acquire basic knowledge about mental disorders in adolescence and learn how to provide first aid to adolescents and young adults in the field of mental health.
